The ideal company will fall within one of the categories below, or have similar characteristics. Staff is expected to remain with the business, and the goal is to build around a strong team and create a rewarding environment for all staff.

The above represents ideal business types with favorable characteristics, however other industries will be considered. Businesses not of interest include hospitality, agriculture, automotive repair, retail, gas stations, personal care, financial services.

  • Relocatable and multi-location businesses considered

Ideal size:

  • $1 to 5 million in revenue

  • Profitable businesses facing specific challenges will be considered.

The buyer is a seasoned senior executive with over 15 years expertise in operations, finance, strategy and organizational efficiency. Experience is in both small business and multi-billion dollar global corporations.

 

The buyer is an individual entrepreneur with a strategic approach and financial strength. He is not part of a search fund and does not rely on private equity backing. As such, owners will not experience the restraints and multi-layer approvals traditionally imposed by investment groups.

 

The buyer will take a hands-on role to capitalize on the strengths of the company, and leverage his experience for long term growth.
