Our signature service is the Consultation Regarding Value. The Consultation Regarding Value is a service where management is educated on the value drivers of the business and, in an acquisition scenario, is often presented with multiple scenarios of what a buyer might be willing to pay, given several different deal structures. This custom service often involves a working session with management to assist in estimating its value.

The Consultation Regarding Value is often used when an estimate of value is needed for internal planning or in contemplation of a merger or acquisition, and may also be followed with management advisory services to enhance the value of the company.
